Medicare Plans
Chronic Disease Management plans (CDMP) are available through your GP and provide 5 Allied Health visits per year.
Eating Disorder Management plans (EDMP) are also available through your GP or Psychiatrist and provide 20 Dietetic visits per year.
Please note we do not bulk bill your first consult as we provide a 45 minute consult with appropriate nutrition education and a written nutrition plan to assist you.
Payment is required on the day and we will process the claim on your behalf. You should receive your rebate the following day into your nominated account.

Rebate from medicare is $58.30. Gap is $ 61.70 – 101.70

Medicare CDMP review consults are bulk billed, there is no additional payment required.
Medicare EDMP review consults require payment on the day and we will process the Medicare claim on your behalf. You should receive your rebate the following day into your nominated account. If you have a Health Care Card|Concession please let us know as we will bulk bill your review consults.

Please note, when you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients.
Appointments are in high demand, so if you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know as soon as possible. Your advanced notice will allow another Client access to that appointment time.
