Nutrition Package Fees

nutrition works offer packages that can be purchased for yourself or as a gift for family member or friend.

General nutrition packages

For nutrition advice on weight management, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, heart health and other general nutrition these are the packages for you.

Initial consult and two review consults: $290 (saving of up to $30)

Perfect for those who want to get on the right track and just need a poke in the right direction.

The review consults ensure that the nutrition advice provided is working well, and provides the opportunity to discuss other ways to approach those that aren’t. We can also ensure there is adequate variety in your nutrition plan.

Initial consult and four review consults: $420 (saving of up to $80)

A great way to achieve longer term goals with professional advice, guidance and motivation.

The four review consults can be spread out to match the individuals own personal motivation and ensure that long term nutrition changes are maintained and enjoyed.

Sports nutrition packages

For specific sports nutrition advice, body composition assessment including skinfolding, carbohydrate loading and race/event/game day plans.

Initial consult and two review consults: $300 (saving of up to $30)

Perfect for those who want to get on the right track with sports nutrition advice matched to individuals personal training load and/or prepare for an upcoming race (eg: Rotto Swim, MR Ultra or Perth Half marathon).

The review consults ensure that the nutrition advice provided is working well, and provides the opportunity to discuss other ways to approach those that aren’t. The second consult provides a carb loading plan option if this is appropriate for your race prep and the last consult includes race nutrition planning.

This package is best used over a 2 to 3 month period.

 

Initial consult and four review consults: $430 (saving of up to $80)

A fantastic way to approach a new goal; first triathlon, ironman, solo rotto swim or adventure race. Or a great way to achieve lower fat mass, bulk up or improve energy levels, immunity or just cement in good sports nutrition practice.

Consults can be spaced to match events so that carbohydrate loading and race plans can be trialled in lead up races and in conjunction with skinfolding assessments. We also update your nutrition plan as your training load builds.

This package is best utilised over a 4 to 6 month period (eg: 20 week Ironman program).
